Scope Of Services
Safar Travels acts as a travel facilitator and intermediary, providing services including but not limited to:
- Flight bookings
- Hotel accommodations
- Holiday packages and itineraries
- Transportation and transfers
- Visa assistance and travel-related services
All services are subject to availability and governed by the respective service providers’ terms.
Booking Confirmation
- A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified.
- Safar Travels reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion prior to confirmation.
- The person making the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all travelers in the booking.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are dynamic and subject to change until confirmed. The final price may vary due to:
- Currency fluctuations
- Changes in taxes, fees, or government regulations
- Supplier pricing revisions
Full payment must be made within the stipulated timeline. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without liability.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy communicated at the time of booking.
- Certain services (including discounted fares, peak-season bookings, or special promotions) may be non-refundable.
- Refund timelines depend on third-party providers and may be subject to delays.
Amendments & Modifications
- Any request for changes post-confirmation is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Safar Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational needs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable alternatives provided where possible.
Client Responsibilities
The client is solely responsible for:
- Ensuring valid travel documentation (passport, visa, ID, permits)
- Compliance with immigration and customs regulations
- Adhering to health and vaccination requirements
Safar Travels shall not be liable for any consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Liability Limitation
Safar Travels acts solely as an intermediary between clients and independent service providers.
We shall not be liable for:
- Acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party providers
- Delays, cancellations, or service disruptions
- Loss, injury, accident, or damage during travel
- Loss of personal belongings
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service in question.
Force Majeure
Safar Travels shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Government restrictions
- Transportation disruptions
In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be subject to supplier policies.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients. Travels shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or expense that could have been covered under a valid insurance policy.
Conduct & Termination
- Clients are expected to maintain appropriate conduct during travel.
- Safar Travels reserves the right to terminate services without refund in case of misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior affecting others’ safety or experience.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Safar Travels website, including text, branding, and design, is the property of Safar Travels and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Data Protection and Privacy
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined therein.
Third Party Terms
Services provided by airlines, hotels, and other vendors are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Safar Travels shall not be responsible for any breach of such third-party terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Safar Travels, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of any law or regulation
- Misuse of services
Updates To Terms
Safar Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
